World book day
I needed a kilt for my daughter to wear on world book day (Katie Morag). This is pretty spot on. It's not exactly the same as the one from TV but I'm being pedantic there. Secures at the side with velcro then has leather buckles which is handy for getting it on a wean that's moving about. Ordered with standard delivery and it arrived the next day so excellent customer service.
